Hand Tools
Hand tools generally refer to screwdrivers, wrenches, socket wrenches, scissors, pliers, hammers, etc. The definition of hand tools is to assemble, disassemble, repair, control and inspect and calibrate items with hand-operated tools. The hand tool industry in Taiwan plays an important role in the repair market and DIY market. With the upstream steel factories, as well as forging, grinding, plating, heat treatment, and other collaborative factories, LeeKuma also provides a variety of functional solutions for the hand tool industry. Hand tools are divided into three types according to the power used: manual, electric, and pneumatic.
According to the application of different rubber properties, such as:
  • Anti-slip and protection: For example, the hand grip of the tool is assisted by the rubber foam tube in achieving the effect of anti-slip and protection.
  • Increase torque: Power hand tools use multi-size sleeves as the adapter and rubber grommet as the color marker; the rubber combined iron parts can help to increase the torque.
  • Pneumatic conveying: pneumatic tools need to use compressed air to convert the power, rubber braided tube, textile outer reinforced rubber hose, and PU recoil hose as the pneumatic conveying tube.
  • Acid and alkali resistance: In the electroplating process, acid/alkali-resistant rubber silicone sleeve is used to protect iron parts.
