  • High and low-temperature variation resistance: Silicone and fluor elastomer can withstand low temperatures of 60 degree Celsius to high temperatures of 300 degrees Celsius, so the silicone or fluor elastomer aerospace parts can consistently maintain excellent rubber performance when navigating in harsh environments such as the atmosphere and land surface, etc. The aerospace parts include heat-resistant water pipes, air intake ducts, airtight gaskets, O-rings, oil seals, etc.
  • Reinforced layer structure: For the rubber tubes required by the aerospace industry, LeeKuma uses different equipment and manufacturing processes to reinforce layer structure design, and can flexibly adjust the reinforcement methods, including fiber weaving, fabric mesh covering, steel wire weaving, and steel wire spring winding, etc., to achieve the aerospace industry's demand for working pressure under the premise of safety.
  • High strength fiber KEVLAR: High strength fiber KEVLAR is suitable for various aerospace or military components. It can be made into high-pressure resistance, isolation, and explosion-proof rubber hose, showing stable pressure strength. Kevlar’s density is one-fifth of steel, but its tensile strength is five times higher than steel. The lightweight design of the KEVLAR rubber tube can reduce the weight of the parts on board the aircraft and reduce fuel costs.
